2009 Thobe Group Wireless Town Meeting

This is the 6th annual Thobe Group Wireless Town Meeting, the telecommunication industry's only gathering of senior level Wireless Industry Human Resources professionals to discuss the state of the wireless nation.
Discussion topics in prior meetings have included base pay and incentive plans (sales, non-sales), sales compensation plan design, and administrative details such as vacation, paid time off, on-call pay, flexible work schedules, differential pay (geographic, language, shift), and benefits review sessions. Each year the particpants drive the content of the meeting. Over the summer, Thobe Group conducts a special survey to allow the participants to determine the "hot topics" to be discussed during the meeting.
