Each year, we host the Thobe Group Wireless Town Meeting, the telecommunication industry's only gathering of senior level Wireless Industry Human Resources professionals to discuss the state of the wireless nation.

Discussion topics in prior meetings have included base pay and incentive palns (sales, non-sales), sales compensation plan design, and administrative details such as vacation, paid time off, on-call pay, flexible work schedules, differential pay (geographic, language, shift), and benefits review sessions.

Each year the particpants drive the content of the meeting. Over the summer, Thobe Group takes an informal survey on determining the group's "hot topics" to be discussed during the meeting.
